Brazil reached 274.5 million mobile lines in April, up from 273.5 million the previous month, according to figures published by Anatel. MS3 Networks, Hull, UK-based wholesale full-fibre network operator, saw its network pass a total of 238,806 premises as of end-2025, up from 228,522 a year earlier; of which 212,561 premises were ready for service (RFS), compared to 195,759 at end-2024. The data was included in accounts filed with companies house by holding company Humber Topco. The number of wholesale partners signed up to sell full-fibre broadband services on the MS3 network reached over 30.
