Monday 10 October 2011 | 10:09 CET | News
Acer has announced its first Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) smartphone, the Acer Allegro, to become available in Europe before Christmas at a recommended retail price of EUR 299. The Taiwanese manufacturer also said it would release the Liquid Mini Ferrari handset by the end of the year, an 8 GB version sporting the Ferrari colours and including Ferrari content. The phone will run Android 2.3, and come with a Bluetooth earphone and case, both with the racing car maker's logo. It will also sell for EUR 299 as a standalone product, and from EUR 1 on some subscriptions bought at Phone Warehouse France.
