Airtel starts pre-orders of 16GB iPhone 5 for INR 45,500

Indian mobile operators Aircel and Bharti Airtel have started the distribution of Apple iPhone 5 in India. Airtel has listed the 16GB version of the handset, which is available for INR 45,500. Only the black version of the iPhone 5 appears to be available yet and only in 16 GB capacity. Features of the iPhone 5 include a 4-inch, Retina display, GPRS, EDGE, EV-DO, HSPA, HSPA+, DC-HSDPA and LTE, Wi-Fi support, GPS, 8 megapixel camera with full HD video recording, front-facing camera, Bluetooth, USB 2.0 via new micro connector.
