Friday 9 December 2011 | 02:40 CET | News
Apple has lost its bid in the Australian High Court to stop sales of Samsung's Galaxy Tabs. Apple had asked for to have an injunction to stop the sale of the tablet PC in Australia re-instated after the Federal Court overturned the injunction recently. However, the High Court refused the request by Apple, The Australian writes. Apple alleges that certain features of the tablet PC's touchscreen infringe on patents the company holds for its iPad.
