ART investigates public mobile PAMR network for 450 MHz frequency

French telecoms regulator ART has made a decision about the old PAMR frequencies on the 410-430 MHz and 450 MHz bands given to Dolphin Telecom. ART investigates an introduction of a public mobile broadband PAMR network on the 450 MHz band. For the 410-430 MHz ART launched a public consultation for operators interested deploying a narrowband PAMR network.
