Telekom Slovenije seeks DTT licence in Macedonia Monday 9 February 2009 | 03:04 PM CET
 
Telekom Slovenije is the only company to submit a bid for a licence to transmit digital TV services in Macedonia. The tender was called by the Macedonian Agency for Electronic Communications (AEK). At the public opening of bids, the tender commission concluded that the bidder submitted the required documentation for the licence, which will be valid for ten years. If the commission approves the deal after the review of other documents, Telekom Slovenije will have to pay a one-time fee amounting to EUR 300,00, along with the offered price, which will be revealed after the final decision.
