Polish telecommunications operator Telekomunikacja Polska has launched Neofon, a service which allows users to make calls using their mobile phones and a VoIP application. For a prepaid package of PLN 5, users can make free calls to other Neofon users, while calls to mobile phones to Orange and Plus are charged PLN 0.12 and those to Era cost PLN 0.32. The Neofon card is active for a period of 90 days.
