Indian communications provider Bharti Airtel has seen the number of downloads at its app store reach 1.2 downloads per second. The company's app store, Airtel App Central, was opened in February and clocked up 13 million downloads in the four months. The app store offers over 71,000 apps and has increased compatibility to 780 devices, up from 550 at the time of launch.
