Canal Digital Kabel-tv stops offering three TV 2 channels

Norwegian operator Canal Digital Kabel-tv failed to reach an agreement with Norway's largest commercial media company TV 2 Gruppen concerning the extension of an agreement for the distribution of three of TV 2's channels, namely TV 2 Nyhetskanalen (TV 2 news channel), TV 2 Filmkanalen (TV 2 film channel) and TV 2 Bliss. The operator said that in spite of the fact that its negotiations with TV 2 have been going on for a long time, it was not possible to reach an agreement with TV 2 before the deadline. TV 2 and TV 2 HD will still be available to the operator's 500,000 customers. TV 2 owns TV 2, TV 2 Zebra, TV 2 Nyhetskanalen, TV 2 Filmkanalen, TV 2 Sport, TV 2 Science Fiction, TV2.no, TV 2 Mobil.
