Cognatel, Digitalk partner on MVNO services

Mobile virtual network aggregator (MVNA) Cognatel has partnered with European mobile network operator Digitalk to offer new MVNOs market access based on the vendor's advanced billing and CRM platform. MVNOs will have secure and immediate control of their individual services, including tailored products, pricing and promotions. Among the services and features available will be real-time charging, voicemail, SMS/USSD requests and notifications, multi-lingual IVR, voucher and card payments, mobile number portability and balance transfers.
