Digital terrestrial TV to start in 41 Russian regions 2012

Digital terrestrial TV will become accessible in 41 regions comprising 43 million residents in 2012, according to Igor Shchyogolev, Russia's minister of communications, cited by Interfax. The service is already available in the Tver region and in the Far-East.
