Finnish operator DNA contracted YIT Rakennus for the construction of its new office building in Kapyla, Helsinki. YIT will construct the building and rent it out to DNA on a long-term lease. The building will be completed in summer 2012 in the Kapyla area, at Lakkisepantie 21. The new DNA office building will be part of YIT's Business Park Triotto, currently under construction. The office premises will cover approximately 7,500 square metres, with seven stories and one underground level. Construction works for the DNA building will be completed in late summer 2012. All DNA staff in the Helsinki metropolitan area, a total of about 600 employees, will relocate to the new premises. DNA's head office is currently located in Vantaa, on Ansatie along Ring III.
