US-based provider of bill management web services doxo has won a contract from US natural gas utility Mountaineer Gas. Under the terms of the deal, doxo will enable Mountaineer Gas customers to receive paperless bills and other documents, organize account info and make payments from their free personal doxo account, online or from an iPhone or Android smartphone.
Each time a customer connects to Mountaineer Gas on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered to the customer's doxo digital file cabinet, which can then be accessed online or via the doxo mobile application. Documents can be printed or downloaded and backed up to the customer's own hard drive or cloud storage service and customers receive emails to notify them of paperless bill delivery of their bills and account documents.
