EE starts sales of LTE-enabled smartphones in UK

UK mobile network group EE has announced that 4G-ready smartphones are now available for consumers and business customers to buy from Orange and T-Mobile stores, online and through telesales. From 03 October, the 4G-enabled Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE, HTC One XL and Huawei Ascend P1 LTE will be available to buy on Orange and T-Mobile 3G price plans, joining the recently-launched iPhone 5. They will also sell the Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE from 15 October. Customers will able to upgrade to a new EE 4G plan when the service launches on 30 October.
