Epic confirms control of Ukrtelecom

Austrian company Epic announced that it owns 100 percent of Cyprus-based company UA Telecominvest, reports BizLigaNet. Epic transferred 100 percent of the company Esu, which owns 92.79 percent in Ukrainian fixed operator Ukrtelecom, to UA Telecominvest in order to optimise its holding structure.
