Hellas On Line buys Attica Telecom for EUR 46.3 mln

Greek ISP Hellas On Line has completed the takeover of Attica Telecommunications for EUR 46.3 million. HOL announced the deal last year, when Russia's Comstar also took control of HOL. Attica was sold by Greek investors Hellenic Technodomiki, J&P-AVAX, Pantechniki and Attikat. Attica Telecom operates a fibre-optic metroppolitan area network around Athens, providing fibre-to-the-building services and network services to other operators.
