Inflexible IT systems hamper SME growth

Risk averse and inflexible IT systems, coupled with a hierarchical corporate culture, are hampering the growth of SMEs, a survey from SAP revealed. SMEs that are still growing react in a different way to changes in the market than ones who just cut costs. SAP provides business software that enable companies to streamline their processes.
