Monday 21 January 2013 | 13:01 CET | News
Mozambique ICT consultancy Rubiem Technologies has clinched a multi-million-dollar contract to review, design and implement business processes for mobile operator Mcel. The contract will see Rubiem Technologies improving all the Customer Touch Point processes, including shops, the call centre, website, USSD and billing systems. Mcel ended last year with about 5.5 million subscribers and a market share of about 70 percent, the Sunday Mail reported. CEO Rubiem Technologies, Dennis Magaya, said his company clinched the deal at the beginning of the month after working with Mcel for the past 12 months.
