Megafon holds EGM over Peter-Service billing system

Megafon is calling an extraordinary shareholders meeting (EGM) on 08 February to vote on a contract with billing services provider Peter-Service, reports Prime. The size of the contract is RUB 9.7 billion and, as this exceeds 2 percent of the book value of assets, the management council has passed the decision to the EGM. Under the contract, Peter-Service would provide Megafon with the non-exclusive rights to use its software and technical support.
