MTS launches HD-Voice service nationwide

Russian mobile operator MTS has launched a new HD-Voice service, Tass-Telecom reported. The operator is using a Wide Band AMR standard. The new technology covers 50 to 7,000 Hz voice frequencies. The service is accessible with the 3G network.
