Friday 21 December 2012 | 19:05 CET | News
Mobile payment services and Rabobank unit MyOrder has introduced a wallet function aimed at simplifying payments via smartphones. MyOrder said it was the first app provider in the Netherlands to implement this payment method. App users can choose a product via MyOrder and pay directly via PayPal, iDEAL, credit card or Rabobank's Minitix. An amount of money can also be put onto the application, said Thomas Brinkman, the founder of MyOrder. Rabobank has had an 80 percent stake in the unit since August.
