NETWORK COMPUTERS ANNOUNCED AT ORACLE OPEN WORLD

Oracle saw seven affiliated firms announce details of network computers at Oracle's San Francisco, CA, Open World '96 trade fair. All the devices announced are based on the ARM RISC processor. Oracle has not yet formally announced its own network PC. Acorn Computer Group announced the NC TV, Set-Top-Box NC, ExecPhone, and Office devices, but did not reveal any pricing or launch dates.
