NTT Docomo picks Ixia testing system for LTE network

IP performance test system provider Ixia has seen Japanese mobile operator NTT Docomo pick its IxCatapult wireless network testing systems to validate its LTE wireless access network prior to the December 24 launch of its Xi service. The Xi service will offer download speeds of up to 75 Mbps.
