UK communications regulator Ofcom has announced the bidders for the 4G mobile spectrum auction. Everything Everywhere, PCCW subsidiary HKT (UK), 3 UK, MLL Telecom, BT Group subsidiary Niche Spectrum Ventures, Telefonica UK and Vodafone UK have all qualified to bid in the auction, which will start in January 2013.
