Orange France launches LTE data plan for business users

Orange France has launched its first LTE service for business customers, "Edition Speciale 4G". The data-only plan costs EUR 79 a month on a one-year contract with a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and a Huawei E392 LTE dongle. Customers are offered a fair use of 15 GB per month at LTE speeds, with the operator reserving the right to throttle speeds thereafter. The new plan can be used over the operator's LTE coverage in Marseille, Lyon, Lille and Nantes, H+ Dual Carrier network covering 60 percent of the population, as well as 3G+, 3G, EDGE and unlimited Wi-Fi at Orange France hotspots. Subscribers can use VoIP and streaming. The operator's LTE network will be available in over 10 cities by April 2013. Consumer LTE services will launch next February.
