OSN selects NetSapiens' VoIP service for enterprise users

Facilities-based carrier agnostic services provider One Source Networks (OSN) has selected US supplier of VoIP products NetSapiens' SNAPsolution platform. NetSapiens is working in concert with OSN to deliver enhanced VoIP applications to OSN's enterprise customers who rely on OSN to deliver customised network services. The agreement provides OSN with the ability to deliver a cloud-based platform customisable service to support the business requirements of its customers and end users while providing enhanced enterprise voice service offerings. With OSN, NetSapiens gains from the opportunity to expand its service across the Fortune 1000 enterprise space. NetSapiens' SNAPsolution is utilised by One Source Networks to power a hybrid of cloud-based service that can work in unison to meet the requirements put forth by enterprise customers. The SNAPsolution integrates all of the necessary service delivery components vital to the OSN VOIP infrastructure, such as accounting, provisioning, and call switching to enable OSN's end-user applications such as UCs, virtual PBX, conferencing, and enhanced call centre services.
