Pecik builds 20% stake in Telekom Austria

Telekom Austria Group announced that Vienna-based RPR Privatstiftung, the investment vehicle of Ronny Pecik, now directly and indirectly holds 15.018 percent of Telekom Austria shares. It also indirectly holds call options to acquire an additional 5.1 percent of Telekom Austria shares. In total, this represents direct and indirect holdings of 20.118 percent in Telekom Austria. Pecik has previously said he aims to build a 25 percent stake in the company and exert a stronger influence on its management.
