Retailers Media Markt and the Phone House have signed an exclusive cooperation agreement in the Netherlands. The two companies will launch a new range of stores called Connected World, offering a range of hardware, accessories, connectivity, content and services. In the first phase of the partnership, the Phone House will take over management of all the telecom departments at the 45 Media Markt and Saturn stores and websites. The 'Connected World' concept will roll out from April 2014 at the Media Markt and Saturn shops. The two also plan to develop a Saturn proposition at the Phone House outlets in the Netherlands. The Connected World concept will target consumers who want to get the most out of their mobile devices.
