RIM, Appcelerator announce BlackBerry 10 incentive programme

Research In Motion (RIM) and mobile development platform provider Appcelerator have announced an incentive programme for developers of BlackBerry 10 apps using the Titanium for BlackBerry 10 platform, to be made available on 7 December in a prerelease version. The first 1,000 developers to submit their apps for review on the BlackBerrry World storefront will receive a BlackBerry Dev Alpha test device. Once their app is approved and available for sale on BlackBerry World, up to 10,000 developers will receive a year of free Appcelerator Cloud Services and Analytics. Furthermore, the apps
