Rostelecom launches prepaid IPTV, internet tariffs

Russian national operator Rostelecom has launched its new prepaid IPTV and internet tariffs for residential subscribers. A promotion for new subscribers has also been introduced, offering an up to 50 percent discount on two selected IPTV packages and a 15-35 percent discount on internet services when signing an annual subscription contract. The promotion is valid until 31 January 2014. The discounts vary depending on the region.
