SK Telecom installs multi-carrier software on iPhone 5

Korean communications provider SK Telecom says that Apple has allowed the company to install multi-carrier software on its iPhone 5 devices. Using the software, LTE services can be provided selectively on the 800 MHz or the 1.8 GHz band, ETnews writes. The selection of appropriate bandwidth is performed automatically.
