Sky Deutschland expands Sky Go service to iPhone

Pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland has announced an expansion of the Sky Go services. From spring 2012, Sky Film customers with Sky Go will be able to view films on their iPhone or iPod Touch via WiFi and 3G, on demand, at no extra charge. Content will include films from partners such as Warner, Sony, Fox, Disney, and various independent film suppliers. Sky Go was launched in April 2011 and has reached 594,000 subscribers to date, with over 4 million unique viewer sessions registered in Q4 2011.
