STC introduces drive-through facility for self-service

Saudi operator STC said it has introduced a drive-through facility for self-service, which it said is the first of its kind in the Middle East. Recently, STC launched a six-month campaign to promote use of the devices by randomly rewarding two customers per week who use the devices with prizes such as Samsung, Nokia, iPhone, LG and Blackberry smartphones. STC has deployed allocated more than 136 self-service devices in public places and malls. They provide a variety of services such as paying bills, printing a summary or detailed cellular or telephone bills and activating mobile services.
