Telecom NZ unveils iPhone 5 pricing

Telecom New Zealand will be selling the Apple iPhone 5 from 28 September from 12:01am at three stores. The iPhone 5 will be available on 24 month plans at launch starting at NZD 0 upfront on a NZD 139 monthly plan for the 16 GB model, NZD 199 for the 32 GB version, and NZD 299 for the 64 GB model on that plan. The 32 GB version is also offered for free on a NZD 159 per month plan and the 64 GB model is priced at NZD 99 on that plan. Customers can also opt for a cheaper plan, starting at NZD 39 per month, and pay a higher handset fee.
