Telefonica taps fonYou for cloud telephony service

Cloud telephony company fonYou will deploy its Online Mobile Telephony (OMT) platform at Telefonica. The Spanish giant will use fonYou's OMT-9000 platform for its virtual mobile number service, dubbed 'Second Line'. The service offers customers a second mobile phone number on their existing phone and SIM card. Users have access to cloud-based over-the-top services, such as visual voicemail, real-time call register, as well as advanced filtering and blocking functions for incoming calls.
