Sunday 3 March 2013 | 09:32 CET | News
DNB Bank and Telenor have launched the NFC wallet they piloted in Oslo in 2012. The two have demonstrated the service, dubbed Valyou, at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The trial saw 50 students use the Samsung Galaxy S III NFC phone to replace bus tickets, house keys and cash. NFC tags are being used to provide context sensitive information at the individual level.
