T-Mobile Austria launches BlackBerry Bold smartphone

T-Mobile Austria and Research In Motion (RIM) have announced the launch of the new BlackBerry Bold smartphone in Austria. The device supports HSDPA technology and allows users to surf the web or access e-mail using T-Mobile web'n'walk tariffs. The device runs on the T-Mobile UMTS network, offering bandwidth of up to 3.6 Mbps. The BlackBerry Bold also has integrated WLAN technology and GPS receiver, 2-megapixel camera and media player. It is available from T-T-Mobile Austria from EUR 249.
