Toledo Telecom starts MVNO on Belgacom network - report

Belgian alternative operator Toledo Telecom has become an MVNO on Belgacom's network after ending its contract with KPN in December, Datanews reported. The alternative operator said KPN was not able to fulfil Toledo Telecom's needs. The contract with Belgacom will allow the operator to better serve its B2B customers and the professional market in general.
