Indonesian mobile-phone retailer Trikomsel Oke is predicting sales up 25 percent in 2013 from a projected IDR 12 trillion this year, on expectations that demand for mobile handsets will remain high, reports Investor Daily. The sales projection already includes sales from Global Teleshop, a mobile-phone retailer. Global Teleshop, which has a strong presence in the smartphone and tablet markets, operates Samsung Stores among others and is also licensed as an Apple Premium Reseller. Meanwhile, Trikomsel's OkeShop focuses on middle- and lower-income consumers. Global Teleshop's sales are expected to grow 20 percent to IDR 3.72 trillion in 2013. This year's sales are estimated at IDR 3.1 trillion. Trikomsel set a target to add around 100-150 outlets next year, with the average investment per outlet estimated at IDR 500 million to IDR 1 billion.
