Spanish MVNO Tuenti Movil has launched an unlimited offering dubbed ‘Zerolimites’. The new concept unites the Tuenti social networking service and Tuenti Movil voice and data offering. The company says Zerolimites subscribers will have access to unlimited calling, chatting, and content sharing with Tuenti and Tuenti Movil. Tuenti app usage will not consume data or credit to make calls (through the Tuenti VoIP service), chat, or share photos.
Zerolimites allows Tuenti Movil MVNO customers to use the Tuenti social networking app even if they do not have phone credit; the data traffic on the Tuenti app is not counted as consumed data, and therefore does not affect phone credit.
Tuenti’s Zerolimites offer is based on three fundamental pillars, namely Zerocredit, Zeroconsumption, and Zerobarriers. With the Zerocredit feature, even without credit, customers are connected. The Zeroconsumption capability allows customers to stay connected without counting megabytes, while the Zerobarriers concept means that customers can call their friends free of charge from the Tuenti app, regardless of their mobile operator.
