UPC sponsors Rotterdam Film Festival for 2nd time

Dutch cable operator UPC will again be the head sponsor of the Rotterdam International Film Festival (25 January to 5 February). UPC has devised a method for visitors to vote for the UPC Public's Prize via their smartphone and a QR code. The film with the most votes will win EUR 10,000. The cable company will offer a number of film titles via its On Demand services during the festival.
