Uzbekistan ICT market expands 18.3% in Q1

The ICT services market grew by 18.3 percent quarter-on-quarter in Uzbekistan in Q1. Retail services volume jumped by 19.4 percent, Uztelecom reported. The cost of access to the internet gateway for operators and ISPs dropped by 9.1 percent. The number of broadband ports rose to 407,900, and the number of active ports reached 207,100, up by 76.8 percent and 36.3 percent, respectively.
