Norwegian operator Ventelo announced that telecom regulator PT approved on 20 February its request to end the provision of services to Ludo Mobil from 29 February. This means that Ventelo will not withdraw its bankruptcy petitions against Ludo Mobil, Ludo Group, Vollvik Invest and Tantor65. The bankruptcy case will take place in Bergen County Court on 1 March. In related news, PT said Ludo is yet to properly notify its customers about the use restriction as the information posted by Ludo on its website is not in line with its requirements. In its 20 February decision, PT requested Ludo to notify its customers about the use restriction in a timely manner by 22 February, 09:00hrs. PT reported that the decision should be notified in writing and that it must contain information about the consequences for the end user if the restrictions are implemented. PT also said that the notification shall contain objective and accurate information about the end user's rights to bring their mobile number to another mobile provider.
