Vodafone Germany unveils IPTV details

Vodafone Germany has unveiled the complete portfolio of its Vodafone TV offer. The basic package includes more than 60 channels including 13 HD channels, all German public and commercial TV channels. The package is included in a triple play bundle with 16 Mbps DSL and phone line for EUR 39.95 per month or costs EUR 10 per month extra for existing Vodafone or Arcor DSL customers. The HD channels need a satellite TV connection or a 10 Mbps DSL connection to be watched. Vodafone TV further offers four pay TV packages: a film packages with six TV channels offering movies or TV series for EUR 14.95 per month, a children's package offering five TV channels for children for EUR 4.95 per month, a lounge package with nine TV channels offering crime, entertainment and more for EUR 9.95 per month and a documentary package with seven channels like Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and National Geographic for EUR 4.95 per month. Customers can also choose between four foreign language packages, two Turkish packages for EUR 22.95 (10 channels including DigiTuerk) and EUR 5.95 (8 channels), a Polish package for EUR 5.95 for 4 channels and a Russian packages with 5 packages for EUR 12.95 per month.
