Vodafone NZ widens DC-capable line-up

Vodafone New Zealand has launched the more Dual Carrier (DC) capable devices. The enhanced product range includes Samsung Galaxy Note II (Dual Carrier), Samsung Galaxy S III (Dual Carrier), iPhone 5, iPad mini and fourth generation iPad, Nokia Lumia 820, Vodafone Mobile Wi-Fi R208, and Vodafone Vodem Stick K4605. Vodafone is extending its use of DC-HSPA technology from 19 percent of its network today to more than 50 percent by March 2013. All of Auckland and more of Christchurch will be upgraded by Christmas, with Wellington's upgrade completed by March 2013.
