Ziggo offers iPad app for VoD, TV programme

Dutch cable operator Ziggo has launched an iPad app called Ziggo TV. The app will allow users to see what is on TV (over 160 channels), give viewing tips as well as the latest media news, and look at Ziggo On Demand's film offering. The app provides information for one week. The free Ziggo TV app was developed together with Xaton. Offering TV programmes and video on demand is a key activity for Ziggo, the companyh said in a press release.
