The chart shows which channels Dutch consumers prefer to use when contacting their provider's customer service. The question asked was: "Via which channel do you prefer to contact your mobile provider's customer service?" Multiple answers were allowed. Don't know answers have been excluded. The results are shown for the total market, per main provider as well as split by age. Source: Telecompaper Consumer Panel. The survey data is from June 2012 (n=1,611).
