The question asked was: "Via which channel do you prefer to exercise control yourself over your mobile subscription's personal data (such as changing address or price plan)? Exercising control yourself means that no employee of your mobile provider is involved in the process. Multiple answers were allowed. Don't know answers have been excluded.
