In this Research Brief we analyse the recent performance of KPN's Dutch Consumer Wireless unit. We look at subscriber numbers, usage, revenues, ARPU and the average price per minute (APPM). We conclude that while ARPU measured over a longer period of time is roughly stable, there is some distinct deterioration over the past few quarters.
