Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

Established in December of 2003 as the premier MVNO in Korea. Strategic affiliation with KT, a Korean MNO.
Belongs to large retailer emart
Evergreen Mobile is a MVNO which provides various mobile solutions, service & devices for Korea. It is marketed as EG Sim card by CodeMobile.
Provides prepaid and post-paid services for all three networks in South Korea. Customers can sign up at 1500 post offices, 1000 Daiso stores, GS supermarkets and online.
Eyesvision sells prepaid international phone cards in South Korea and launched prepaid mobile services in July 2011 via SK Telecom, added KT in 2015. Now also offers postpaid and IoT. Owns Mercury Inc, which manufacturers communications equipment including WiFi terminals used as a smart home gateway.
Flash Mobile is the brand name used by ACN in Korea for its mobile offering. It uses a separate website for the LG+ and KT offerings.
also known as Free Telecom, is subsidiary from Inscobee. Offers customers choice of network.
also known as KD Link. States it is a MVNO but no services mentioned on website. Also offers IoT services
Mobile brand from MNO KT
Formerly CJ HelloVision. After LGU+ bought CJ Hello it continued its mobile offering under the new name of LGHelloVision, still offering plans on the KT and SKT network.
5G MVNO set up by KB Kookmin Bank, it provides users with low-cost 5G plans and convenient mobile banking services. The service, which was operated in cooperation with mobile carrier LG Uplus, is intended to attract more mobile banking customers, especially younger ones. The Liiv M service, seen as a hybrid of banking and telecommunication services, provide various discounts. Customers can get discounts if they sign up for services such as automated apartment maintenance fee transfers, or have a record of making payments with a KB Kookmin bank card.
